  • Returns and exchanges will not be accepted for:

Return and Exchange Process:

  1. Submit a return or exchange request via our customer service email or online support, including your order number and relevant photos.
  2. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return address. You must ship the item back within 7 days of receiving the address.
  3. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases of quality issues or incorrect shipments.

Refund Policy

Refund Process:

  • Once the returned product has been inspected and confirmed to meet the return conditions, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.

Refund Scope:

  • For quality issues or incorrect shipments, we will refund the product price and related shipping costs.
  • For returns due to other reasons, the refund will include only the product price and exclude the original shipping fee.
